ESINE (2014)

Youth in Action Programme Sub-action 4.3 – Youth support systems: Support to Youth Workers’ Mobility project “ESINE: Inter-organizational learning: Employability and Social Inclusion through Non-formal Education of young people” (ref. No.  550418-YFE1-1-2013-1-LT-YOUTH-Y43c).

The main aim of the project is to create new opportunities for youth employability and social inclusion in Lithuania and Latvia through youth workers exchange and inter-organizational learning.

This project will encourage professionalisation and personal development of youth workers by offering them opportunity to experience a different working reality in another country. Exchange staff will be improving their intercultural, language, communication, teamwork, project management and other skills, necessary for successful youth workers.

This project will directly tackle the issue of youth unemployment and active participation in society, since these are the topics that partner institutions will share their expertise at, during half year of mutual youth workers’ exchange.
